Deciding to engage in the therapeutic process takes courage! We all have moments of feeling stuck in life. For many, therapy can be a great resource to help shift into a more easeful and enjoyable way of being. It is my hope to partner with clients on their journey towards positive change and increased personal insight.

My approach is described by clients and colleagues as collaborative, non-judgmental and empathetic. I am able to connect with clients and offer hope with a direct and caring communication style that stresses acceptance and empowerment. I take a holistic perspective towards mental health and will work to help identify and educate around issues that might be contributing towards distress (i.e. nutrition, past/present relationships, sleep, substance use, etc.) or getting in the way of you living your best life. My aim is to help unlock the wisdom and knowing that exists in all of us by partnering with clients to identify concrete goals for therapy. I tailor my approach for each client and check in frequently to ensure that our time together feels meaningful and is meeting expectations.
